What if I need help with a service not listed?

Cville Concierge is many things to many different clients. We are most happy to meet with you and discuss your specific needs, thereby crafting a concierge package tailored to you and your lifestyle.

Do you cater to corporations as well as individuals?

Yes, we can create a concierge account for your corporation that can be utilized by your employees. We run individual errands for each of your employees so they can be more productive at work.

What is our Service Area?

Our service radius includes Charlottesville and surrounding cities in Albemarle county, including such areas as Crozet, Afton & Hollymead. We also serve areas in Nelson county which would include the Wintergreen Resort area.

Is your staff insured?

Yes, Cville Concierge is fully insured and bonded and independently owned and operated.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment for all concierge services can be made with cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

What are your hours of business?

Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00am until 7:00pm. Concierge service may be available on Saturdays and holidays by appointment only and is charged at a higher rate based on the service request and level of urgency.
